My 1st Audition (“MFA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a platform where artists can create profiles, upload audition content, discover opportunities, and participate in auditions and competitions. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application, website, and related services.

- Account details such as your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and password.
- Profile information such as your photo, biography, city, languages, interests, categories, and talent preferences.
- Audition videos, thumbnails, captions, comments, messages, and other content you submit.

- Device identifiers, app tokens, IP address, browser or device type, and basic diagnostic data.
- Activity such as views, likes, follows, reports, notifications, and interactions with platform features.

- To create and secure your account, verify your mobile number, and provide MFA services.
- To display your profile and submitted content according to your use of the platform.

We may share only the information necessary to operate the service with hosting, cloud storage, SMS, payment, analytics, and other service providers acting on our behalf. Content you choose to publish may be visible to other users, production houses, judges, or the public depending on the feature.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention and account deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record.
You can request permanent account deletion from our Data Deletion page. After successful OTP verification, your account and associated account-linked data are deleted. Certain records may be retained only where required by applicable law or for legitimate fraud, security, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s privacy
If a user is below the age at which they can independently consent to data processing in their location, a parent or legal guardian must authorise their use of MFA. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion of a child’s information.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can update available profile information inside the app or contact us for assistance.
